With start times at 10am and 1pm, guests are invited to take in each space, discovering the details and craftsmanship that make every home uniquely its own.

Guests will travel via private shuttle with Jean and Grace, offering a seamless and thoughtfully paced tour of each space while hearing the stories and design details behind them.

The Weekend Experience Extends Beyond the Tour

During both Friday and Saturday, visit Stoffer Home on Wealthy Street and the Stoffer Home Warehouse on Lake Eastbrook to shop special event-only offerings, exclusive promotions, and curated in-store experiences. No ticket is required to shop, so we’d love to welcome you before or after your tour.

What To Expect From The Weekend

This experience invites you into private residences. With that in mind:
 

  • Be respectful of each home and its contents

  • Do not open closed cabinets, drawers, or doors unless they are otherwise labeled 

  • Be mindful of neighbors and surrounding streets 

  • Please be mindful of your footwear. High heels and stilettos are strictly prohibited inside the homes to protect the historic hardwood and custom flooring. Opt for comfortable footwear to best tour and walk around each property with ease. You will also be asked to wear provided booties over your shoes at each location.

Important Event Details

  • All events are not ADA accessible

  • Tickets are non-refundable

  • No strollers or pets permitted inside the homes

  • Ages 21+ for Friday events

  • Ages 12+ for Saturday tours

  • Events take place rain or shine

Parking & Transportation
With more than 1,000 guests expected throughout the weekend, parking near the featured homes will be limited. We strongly encourage guests to carpool or utilize ride-share services when possible. Please expect lines, wait times, and neighborhood street parking throughout the event.


Touring the Homes
There is no required order for touring the homes during Saturday’s self-guided experience. If one location feels particularly busy, we encourage you to continue to another home on the tour and return later at your convenience.


Photo & Video Release 
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to a photo and video release. Content may be captured and shared on Jean Stoffer Design, Stoffer Home, and Stoffer Home Cabinetry's marketing channels throughout and after the events.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I receive the home addresses?

Yes. Full addresses and detailed logistics will be sent closer to the event.

Can I transfer my ticket?

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Coordination is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Is parking available?

Generally, street parking is available near each home. Parking details and recommendations will be provided in advance of the event. With more than 1,000 guests expected throughout the weekend, parking near the featured homes will be limited. We strongly encourage guests to carpool or utilize ride-share services when possible. Please expect lines, wait times, and neighborhood street parking throughout the event.

Is there a certain order I will need to follow for the tour?

There is no required order for touring the homes during Saturday’s self-guided experience. If one location feels particularly busy, we encourage you to continue to another home on the tour and return later at your convenience.

Are the homes accessible?

No. These are private residences and are not ADA accessible.

Can I bring children?

Friday’s private bus tour and cocktail hour events are 21+ only. Saturday tours are for ages 12 and up.

Will I get to meet Jean or other family members?

If you want to meet Jean or any other family members in-person, we highly recommend getting a ticket to the private tour event on Friday. Otherwise, Jean and family members will be traveling around the properties and storefronts throughout the day Saturday and would be happy to meet you if you would like to introduce yourself.

What should I wear?

Comfortable, seasonally appropriate attire is recommended. Portions of the experience may require time outdoors. Please be mindful of your footwear.
